Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We can refund or exchange damaged items. Please send us a photo or video of the damaged item within 15 days of item delivery. We cannot refund the shipping fees, but we can send you a new item.
If 15 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to give a full refund or exchange, but we promise to see what else we can do for you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Customized items cannot be refunded, but we can exchange it if the items you received were damaged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Subscriptions
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged/has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
